Customer Rating: Summary: eye love this game!! Comment: Eye toy is back with 12 new games, smoother grapics, a better playroom and a new Spy Toy device. The spy toy is a nifty little thing, it guards something and if it is touched of moved then it will take a pic or an alarm will sound. It has different settings, first is the alarm mode, where an alarm sounds every time a person goes by, the stealth mode, where the tv will go blank and secretly take a pic so you can look at it later with noone looking and the time lapse mode where you can set the timer (say 1 second) and it will take a pic of the room every second and you can play it like a slide show after to see who was about. The playroom is very fun as the eye toy now has sound to control some of the games in the playroom. there is the cut out cam where the eye toy will take a pic of the surroundings and it will make you camofladged. there is a motion cam, where you can control the games with motion, a sound cam, where you can control the games with sound and a coulor cam, where you puts brightly coloured objects up to the camera and the games can be played with the colours. There are multiplayer games where everyone takes a different section of the screen and everyone can join in that way. There is a new eye toy cameo system where you take a pic of your head facing forwards and to the side, then you put green points on the eyes, nose, ears, etc and it will make a little digital head of you. You can make the head have emotions by clicking on the smile buttons and the cry buttons so any games that support the eyetoy cameo will show your face on it. cool eh? So here are the new games, the best bit. Eye toy 2 has a total of 12 new games and they are slightly different to the first eye toy. The old games had you jumping around for about 2 or 3 minutes at a time, but the new games have you flapping about for about 10 mins at a time, they are more like storys than games. Like the chef games for example, you own a little fast food place and you have to take orders and make the food, but every now and again the chef from down the road challenges you to a cook off, then later you run out of chip and you have to make some more. Or the football game, you have to practise before matches, take reaction and fitness tasts, and play in a mini cup game. The games are so addictive and well thought out, my personal favourite is the guitar or drumming games where people challenge you to a music fight and you get better guitars and stuff as you go through the game. If you love eye toy, then you will adore this.BUY IT!!!!!!!!!! c ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Eye Toy 2 Fantastic Value & Fun for all Comment: Hi I thought I'd purchase this for my 11 year old as a stocking filler. However it quickly became the main attraction of the day, with all the family wanting to have a go. For £30 I was extremely impressed with the speed and interactivity of the eye toy. If you buy this, you won't be disappointed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Amazing Comment: I got given this as a christmas present from my boyfriend! It was the first time i had seen anything like it, and was truly amazed! It provides hours of entertainment, and there are so many games and activities to choose from. Would definitly recommend it!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Stops arguments at christmas! Comment: Much to the disbelief of most of my family, my 5yr old nephew had a PS2 for Christmas. If you can't beat them and all that, an eye-toy was the perfect uncle type present for him (and the family it turns out!).Controller based games are not very good for a 5yr old due to the speed and complexity of the moves required. So just as he's getting cheesed off with not ever winning at FIFA 2005, out comes the little eye-toy. He loves it! The games are much easier for him to use as he's jumping about with his whole body, my 8yr old neice is getting jealous, so she has a go and doesn't stop giggling! Their parents have stopped bickering and are now waiting in turn to have a go. The whole family including the grandparents are now transfixed on this little camera, all wanting to make complete and utter fools of themsleves! I would recommend this to people of any age/sex. I've never seen a game involve so many different types of people. Thank you eye-toy for making Christmas Day a less stressful time, that was until we realised no-one was looking after the Turkey! P.S. Make sure no-one has a camera - especially after a few beers! Gave it 4stars as the games aren't as good as Eye-Toy Play 1
Customer Rating: Summary: Eye Toy PLAY 2 Comment: I love most of the games. Kung Fu 2, Boxing, Goalattack and baseball are my favourites. If you been to the website http://www.eyetoy.com, and watch the preview of the games, the actual graphic quality is far better than shown on the web. This is best played with your mates for a few good laughs. Although it's a single player, I like to jump in and distract my friends.Hehe
