Customer Rating: Summary: Entertaining Comment: This is a fairly simple & fun card game. It's based on playing via colouring codes & I think it is suitable for ages 8 & upwards. It comes a 2 deck pack. The rules are a little confusing at first but you get used to it.
Customer Rating: Summary: ready for a rainy british summer Comment: always enjoyed playing uno, after you've mastered the rules and kissed your morals away then you can really enjoy playing this game. At this price I think that it's probably your second purchase after apack of cards for a holiday - the younger members of your family would probably enjoy it more than yourself but you should enjoy playing it with them instead of having to argue with a difficult 8 year old that Grand Theft Auto 4 is not suitable for them. Worthwhile purchase.
Customer Rating: Summary: I will always love U-no Comment: What can I say? Fun, addictive and annoying! Great game! Do it with shots of straight up Vodka ( if you are old enough) it makes for a great twist to a fustratingly good game!
Customer Rating: Summary: Lo tech marvel Comment: As a parent who travels a lot with young children we spend a lot of time in airports and always looking for a compact source of entertainment that isn't a nintendo DS.
Uno is a fairly straight forward card game. Therein lies its beauty it is not contrived in any way. Its easy to pick up even for adults and a lot of fun. It's amazing how quick even young children pick up strategies.
In these days of electronic entertainment its nice to see a simple portable game that engages children, and involves an amount of sociability.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good but nothing special Comment: As a game in itself it's not bad - the principle is you have to get rid of all your cards by matching (by suit or number) the card already on display and thus discarding a card (if you can't do that you pick up another card). Some additional cards are included requiring the next player to pick up some cards or skip a turn etc.
As a game in itself, it's good although there's a couple of downsides I should point out:
- the instructions are over-complicated... you'll probably have to make up some of the rules as getting to 500 points with 2 players takes ages. For younger children I'm not so sure it's great as there's too much for them to learn (for older children it's fine)
- For 2 players it's just not worth it, as most the special cards have little effect... play with 3 at least
However, one point I have to make - you can have just as much fun with 2 packs of playing cards and simply making your own game up.
Is this the next Sudoku? No... definitely not, but let's face it - for a cheap game and a few hours fun, it's not bad.

Fast-paced card game. Race to get rid of all your cards first, but watch out for the special action cards. Easy to learn, easy to play, fun for all the family
