Summary: Good All Round Budget Player
Comment: Bought this item as I felt it was the best budget player alround player for the price, based on the reviews. Having bought the unit I am happy with it. The picture quality is good but not excellent you can see some scanlines and at times you can notice slight banding. Picture quality is best with DVD and Divx, playback is good and text is generally sharp. It plays back most DivX films but I have found some it won't play, but plays majority.

I also bought this Player to hook upto my Gamecube and PS2 as a small monitor. You will need a A/V cable for your console with the standard yellow, red and white phono connectors. You will also need to buy and RCA Phono female to female connector. To connect two AV cables together. Using the player as a monitor for a console is good, generally you can see whats going on without straining and for a screen that size it's better than expected. Text can be a bit fuzzy though, still perfectly readable but you can tell it should be sharper, this goes for the picture to. Slightly worse than DVD playback.

The unit has a TV tuner the supplied internal ariel is useless, you need to connect an external ariel to get a decent picture and the unit comes with a convertor to connect an exteral ariel.

I bought this item from Seller Chrisun2000 and their service was excellent, ordered Saturday processed Monday, received on Tuesday. I ordered the Orbit 768B but the unit said 768S on the bottom although it looks like picture of the 768B so go figure! The unit came will all the cables you need, but did not come with a case. It also comes with a CD of 8 Bit NES games and a USB joypad to play them on which plugs into the back of the player.

Having had this unit for a while I would say the best thing about is it versatility, it is best at DVD/Divx Playback. But is also a TV, you can also run JPEGs, MP3 and Divx from CD/DVD or from USB Harddrives, Memory Sticks or even USB Card Readers. This little unit is a jack of all trades. Personally though if I was buying again I would go for a slightly bigger screen to use with my consoles (screen size is good for DVD) and I would have paid extra for a slighty superior screen, if they exist!

Summary: very pleased with my Orbit 768
Comment: I feel that this device is very trust worthy. My son is two and he loves to watch his cartoons on the orbit. It has a clear picture and quality sound. I have recommended the orbit to many of my family members and they too have told me that they are pleased.

Summary: Orbit tablet style dvd player from feastronics
Comment: Excellent personal service from Feastronics (brought from Feastronics zshop) with speedy delivery and great coms. Item has good build quality and looks great to match - with many extra features not normally found at this price point. Picture quality good, sound quality more than satisfactory, FM stereo transmitter is a great feature which allows wireless surround sound in the car or allows sound to be heard througth any neaby radio. TV reception is very good with external arial attached and satifactory with in-built antenna. No problem playing recorded DVD's or CD's, even allows MPEG4/DIVX playback! Can also connect to your PC via the USB and act a mobile DVD-ROM drive! Leather effect delux carry case is a great bonus, recommended seller and recommended item.

Summary: Feastronic Portable DVD player & TV Tuner (tablet style)
Comment: This player is all that it claims to be. The DVD player is good, the picture is clear and large enough to make comfortable viewing. The CD player gives a clear sound and the FM signal was easily and clearly picked up by my car radio to give surround sound quality in the car.The TV Tuner picks up on a strong signal with automatic search for channels but it really works best with an outside aerial. The unit comes with all the necessary connectors and transformers. The only bug bear is the carrying case which is fine if set up in the car using the supplied adaptor but if used as a satchell the battery pack cannot be connected therefore making it unusable unless the unit is removed from the case.
