Summary: Rotten!
Comment: This is an absolutely rubbish buy! It is no louder than a decent alarm clock (high-end batteries make no difference). Not ear-splitting, not a sensory overload, and so cheap and nasty that it doesn't raise even the slightest bit of mirth.
Do yourself a favour. Steer well clear.

Editorial Reviews:

Inter-office rivalry can escalate quickly and nastily if it's not nipped in the bud. Your rivals may have the ability to throw paper darts or configure a mean-looking spreadsheet, but you - you have the astonishing power of a high-power aural assault device in your arsenal... and you're not afraid to use it on the unsuspecting nerd in the office down the corridor. Inspired by the high technology battlefield weaponry of the Cold War, this ear-splitting gizmo has been pre-configured for maximum sensory overload. Now your enemies will recoil in shock and awe, without a clue as to the true origins of the noise reverberating through the office... a noise that appears to be emanating directly... from them. It is nothing short of setting off a car alarm under someone's desk; the prank to end all pranks. To manually operate the device, simply select one of three different pitches of skull-shattering sound, then squeeze the trigger, remove the pin, and deftly toss in the direction of your victim. All is quiet for 20 seconds. Then you - and everyone else in your office - will know all about it. This sonic equivalent of a stinkbomb is just dying to be heard. And you know you've got just the occasion to use it...
