Customer Rating: Summary: NOT what is says on the label Comment: I like this phone and I really like all of the things that the makers say it can do, it is a shame that it doesn't do them. You cannot use the dial pad and the makers website simply directs you to a sales catalogues when you try to get support.
I think Skype should remove the Skype certificate.
Its a shame it is a very nice (and cheap) phone but I would not have bought it if I had known it was just a glorified headset.
Customer Rating: Summary: vista incompatible Comment: I was disappointed to discover that the phone was incompatible with windows vista which is the operating system on my laptop. Apparently the drivers required will not be out until February.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very good phone, feels and sounds like desktop Comment: I stated using Skype over a year and struggled with headsets and mics. Found this phone and love. Easy to use, plug and play any PC, download software updates etc from voipvoice site. Curly cable gets a little tangled, but veyr comfy handset. Recommended.
Customer Rating: Summary: Amazing Product - no Fauts - a must if you have skype Comment: This is one amazing product and for only £20 you cant go wrong! The sound quality (skype to landline) is better than a normal landline! Easy to install! dont listen to people who say they have had problems with their computer sounds - it is all very clear in the manual on how to set up this phone! You can play music whilst on the phone too which is a bonus! Get one now before they all go!
Customer Rating: Summary: happy customer Comment: Using this phone couldn't be easier. Basically, plug it in, load the software & off you go. Syncs perfectly with Skype and it's great to use a normal-style phone rather than a clunky headset. Works a treat, great sound quality. Ordering couldn't have been more straightforward - paid for it on Monday afternoon, supplier (EasyiShop) emailed later to say it's on its way and by Tuesday morn, all was plugged in and working. Nice product, nice price.

The Cyberphone W is a two piece USB handset with MP3 comparable sound quality and has powerful features when used with Skype. A desktop icon displays Cyberphone and Skype status and as it is USB powered, it frees up the sound card for other purposes.
