Customer Rating: Summary: Lovely phone Comment: I had this phone for about 2 years. The camera was good with decent zoom, the sound was ok and it looked fabulous. The only downside was that texting was a bit difficult and irritating, plus the front screen kept getting scratched. Replaced it with a Sony Ericsson K800i, but miss this one's looks!
Customer Rating: Summary: For what it is, fantastic. Comment: I bought this phone for its stunningly thin, futuristic and just plain perfect looks. Everything from the brushed, microengraved fascia to the precision-cut, chemically etched stainless steel keypad give the phone a luxurious feel, a feel that immediately informs you that the phone is a serious piece of equipment. Although the phone really has no extraordinary features or specifications, its looks enough make up for what it lacks. But for what features it does have, it really is a great phone. It's quite easy to access all of the features from the intuitive menus, and the phone freezes much less that most others. Mine has never frozen once, and I bought mine 5 months ago.
PROS:
-The camera. It's easy to access and the pictures are very high-quality.
-The Bluetooth. It's very fast and is perfect for sending large photos and mp3's.
-The exterior display. It's very handy and wonderful for caller ID pictures.
-The interior display. It's very bright and sharp, with vibrant colours.
-Connectivity. With many options, it allows wireless printing, synchronization, etc. extremely simple.
-Beautiful design. Sharp, thin lines meet perfect curves. Called RAZR for a reason.
CONS:
-Video recording. While adequate, it is fairly low-quality with poor sound.
-LACK OF ITUNES. It is advertised above that iTunes comes on the phone. It does not. The Vodafone model does.
-Lack of an IM programme. Some other Motorola phones come with one, and it is slightly strange that one of Motorola's newest phones wouldn't come with one.
All-in-all, a fantastic phone for the style-conscious and those who require extensive connectivity. It is not, however, ideal for those searching for extensive features such as that 3G phones come with.
Customer Rating: Summary: very good Comment: Phone look amazing, contours are very nice. Menus easy to navigate and one can usually change the order of menu items to suit. MP3 player not too bad but could do with more features. Camera quality is very good, especially in bright sunlight - tends to be grainy in dark conditions.
Overall, easily the best phone I've owned. Instuction manual leaves a lot to be desired, internet is very useful for finding additional features. Functionality not as good as the V3x but easily looks better.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Phone Comment: This phone has to be one of the best i have brought....ever. The menu is occasionally slow but it has never crashed in 2 months. This phone is certainly worth its money!
