Spotlight customer reviews:

Customer Rating: Summary: Does not work ! Comment: The fax part of this machine does not work properly. Random connection problems resulting in aborted transmissions and error print outs. Worse than this is HP's technical 'support'. I called them three times and have been put on hold each time, my patience running out at 45mins without speaking to anyone. Spoke to a 'manager' and was again put on hold for 45mins without anyone coming back to me. I have always been a fan of HPs products but I can't recommend any aspect of the organisations product or support on the strength of this experience. Am now waiting for a refund - god knows how long that will take.
