Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome ! Comment: The sound quality is great for the price and the price is equaly as good as on most websites it's valued for double it is on here.
Excellent product. Would definaly recommend.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent iPod dock for the price Comment: When the Gear4 HouseParty 3 speaker dock arrived everything was in good working order with no faults, as commonly noted in other reviews. Looks very stylish and boasts a total of 30w power ouput; far more than many of even its more expensive competitors, and enough for any small-med room, which is ideal for students off to uni. The only thing to keep in mind is the retractable sliding tray for the iPod is quite flimsy, and so must be treated carefully, so definately not a high quality robust product, but for £30 its no Sony or Boss system. No bass or treble adjustment, although this can be changed on the iPod if desired, and sound quality is definately of an acceptable standard for anyone who doesn't already own expensive hardware. Remote is compact and very easy to use. Overall, a top buy!
Customer Rating: Summary: Great value Comment: First, I have to say that this is excellent value for money. Easily set up. Easy to control via the remote, and good sound quality. Would recommend to a friend.
Customer Rating: Summary: for price, great. for build quality, very poor Comment: i have just recieved my house party 3 and i have strait away noticed that the build quality is something off a dfs budget kitchen
the front cover is falling off
the piece that slides open to plug your ipod into doesnt slide out properly
but for the price i really cannot complain as the sound quality is good but starts to degrade at high volume and also i cannot get my fm radio to find any stations when i know there are hundereds around here as i use other FM radios fine
Customer Rating: Summary: Works with ipod touch! Comment: I thought I'd let you all know it works with ipod touch because when I bought it I was unsure if it would be able to work through the touch's complex menues but it manages well.
Only minor problem - I got the black one but it came with the remote from the white version!! I'm not bothered though - makes it easier to find on my messy desk!
