Customer Rating: Summary: Fantastic little Box!!! Comment: This is a great little box that does big things at a small price! The box is so small that you can hide it away behind your tv. Unlike some HDMI switchers, the Joytech comes with a lode of nifty features such as a slim easy to use remote control that you can use to switch between devices without getting out of your seat! And if you lack spare plug space then the joytech comes with a handy USB cable that you can plug into other devices such as a Playstation 3 that also powers the device. Overall this is a fantastic little gadget that is well worth the price.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not quite what it says on the tin... Comment: The problem with this is that it says 1080p compatible on the box, but it doesn't work with the PS3 when set to 1080p on a compatible screen. Works fine with 1080i, which is a bit disappointing if you splashed out for top-spec 1080p tv. Works fine on everything else though.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good Comment: I have this to share my 360/PS3 HDMI connection.
360 worked perfectly on 720p/1080p
PS3 worked perfectly on 720p/1080i but on 1080p there are white spotty flashes on screen. Found this a bit disappointing.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works great for me Comment: My TV only has two HDMI inputs but I have three HDMI devices. This works perfectly for me as I can have one device to the telly and the other two sharing the switcher.
Not only that, it is in the Logitech Harmony database so you can use your universal remote to switch inputs instead of the supplied remote. You can also power it via USB if your TV has a spare port.
Make sure you buy an HDMI cable though. Rather than having one built-in (which might not suit your setup) you are free to buy your own which is only a fiver a metre typically.
Note: I'm not using SkyHD+ so I can't comment on problems with that, but it's great with my PS3 and Xbox 360.
Customer Rating: Summary: Does what it's meant to do! Comment: Works well, simple to set up. Have got my PS3 and Tiscali+ box running through this tiny box with a great picture and no problems.
