Customer Rating: Summary: Flawed but well worth the money! Comment: This is a great product for the price. Sure, it is not as sturdy as a gaming seat. But a gaming seat will cost you anywhere from £150 to £300, so is that a surprise? It will also take up a sizable amount of space, whereas this will tuck away into any wardrobe, or even behind the sofa. There is a certain amount of movement (wobbling) when you are steering, but I did not find it ruined the experience. It was certainly better than balancing the wheel on your lap.
My only criticism is that the part you sit on should have been padded in some way. It is made of very hard plastic, and the underside is not even smooth. Hence, if you use it on a leather sofa, you run the risk of marking the seat, and prolonged use gets quite uncomfortable. I reduced the problem by folding a thick blanket over and under the end of it, making it more comfortable and protecting my sofa at the same time.
But for the money, an excellent addition to the driving experience. I use mine with a Logitech Driving Force Pro Steering Wheel.
