Customer Rating: Summary: what a waste of money! Comment: I purchased this item several months ago and eventually got around to installing it after redecorating our sitting room. However it wouldn't play prerecorded DVD's saying there was no disc recognized. As I couldn't find the receipt, I took it to a local repair company who examined the machine and said that the problem was that the laser had worn out! As we hadn't ever got it to run a DVD, how did this happen?
I have always been very pleased with Samsung product but this will be my last! Shop around before you decide to buy.
