Customer Rating: Summary: Nice toy Comment: This is a great toy but both my son and I were led to believe that it would actually talk and when it didn't we felt a bit cheated. However, my son loves Dr Who and he likes to re-enact scenes from the programme so it was good fun for that reason.
Customer Rating: Summary: The spectacular Face of boe Comment: The face of boe figure is probely the best action figure when it comes to detail, like wrinkled skin and shining eyes , the ruber movable mouth was a great thing to do to this toy, but there is one problem, when you move the mouth by sliding a button it traps your fingers that might bug you,but who cares about that, it is a brillient doctor who accomplishment and it deservers to sit on your table!
Customer Rating: Summary: Mislead by NEO Daren's review Comment: While I love my face of Boe with its moveable mouth I was misled into thinking it had a voice chip by "neo Darren's" review. If people are to review products could they please try and have actually purchased the item beforehand, or have at least some experience of them!
Customer Rating: Summary: THE MYSTERIOUS ALIEN WHO SEEMS TO KNOW MORE THAN THE DOCTOR. Comment: The face of Boe seems to be even more mysterious than even the 900 year old Time Lord the Doctor. The Doctor meets Boe again during his 9th incarnation then again during his 10th. Boe according to the Doctor is millions of years old and has a universe of knoledge at his beck and call. Nothing much is given away during the series about Boe other than his great powers and awesome knoledge. The model/Toy is very well made and in effect is a face in a large plastic goldfish bowl. It's mouth moves along with a voice chip to speak various cryptic phrases. The level of detail again is second to none and is a good buy for the large Who collection.

The Face first appeared in the 2005 series episode The End of the World five billion years in the future. There, he was the sponsor of an event to safely witness the destruction of the Earth by the expansion of the Sun. He is around 5" tall complete with tendrils and a mouth that moves as if he truly is speaking.
