Summary: Good heater for Pool or Spa.
Comment: I'm using this 3klw heater in conjunction with the Intex filter pump to heat my spa. It works very well, water temperature is raised by 5 degrees an hour and easily reaches 96 degrees water temp, for comfortable hot tub/spa use. A word of warning though, this is not a toy and safety is built into this heater, it comes with heavy duty power lead plus RDC plug fitted. This heater will not run safely on an extention lead. So thought needs to given as to how the unit will get power before purchase. Also there is no thermostatic control, therefore cannot be left unattended for long periods.
