Customer Rating: Summary: Great for use with the Wii Comment: This is a controller and memory card that can be used for both the Gamecube and Nintendo Wii. I bought this specifically for the Wii because i had never owned a Gamecube before, so didn't have the controller/memory card. Also because of the memory card, i needed one to save game files for the N64 Virtual Console and Gamecube games. Certain games on Virtual Console need a Gamecube controller to be able to play the games.
The difference between this controller and the official Gamecube controller is that this is a bit more chunkier in size. I can still hold it well and it is comfortable, despite me having medium/small hands, so it wasn't really a problem in the end. Also noticed were the shoulder button, they don't seem to click when pushed right down, whilst the official one does. I'm not sure what it does anyway, but my friend pointed it out.
Overall, it is a good deal for two items at a good price and also an essential for those who hadn't owned a Gamecube before.
Customer Rating: Summary: jason tems reviews the new funky controller Comment: although this is basically just a normal controller with a normal memory card, it is a great set that fits with your nintendo wii...especially great if you are an obsessive compulsive who has to have matching items :) probably wouldn't use the memory card mind 'cause the wii has a lot of memory as it stands
