Customer Rating: Summary: EXCELLENT PHONE!!! Comment: This phone is such a great value for money! the touch screen is amazing and very easy to use. one problem it doesnt come with instructions which means it takes a whle to get use to lol. One problem i couldnt get round was how to lock it lol...click top right button n the hash button just for future refrence. Apart from that i can not fault 1 thing with this phone.
Customer Rating: Summary: Coolness =] Comment: Hi. I orderd this phone on sunday and it came on tuesday.. Fast Delivery I Sayy!!
Good Things:
*Slim and lightweight
*Camera
*The PEN! Wow Its Amazing.
*The Games
*Charger! Thats Cool.
*The Sound Quality - So Clear
*Can Fast Forward Videos!
*Large Screen
Bad Things:
*The Memory Card Doesnt Have That Much Memory But You Can Still Hold Quite Alot Of Stuff.
*Im worried about loosing the pen
*bit of a pilava adding contacts and setting backgrounds
*un-imaginitive pre-set ringtones (but you can change it t music tracks =])
*When someone texts or calls you it jus comes up with their number even if they are already in your phone book so you have to add them to your phone book via coping the number from a text.. bit of a pilarva.
OVERALL_ FABLOUS PHONE!!!

Customer Rating: Summary: Totally unimpressed Comment: I bought this phone last august after reading some of the reviews people had here. Delivery was fast, I won;t deny that...and that was just about it for this phone.
First of all, the mp3 or mp4 player or whatever thing it has didn;t work. I couldn't copy or download music into it not to talk of videos.
Then the battery and charger began to malfunction after a week. After I ordered and paid for a new charger, it still didn't work.
Today, I still have this supposedly nice and fancy phone that doesn't work in my drawer. It does not even turn on and I haven;t used it for about 8 months now.
Not happy with TeckNet at all.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not what you expect Comment: Really, this phone is cheap and ugly.
I got this phone wanting to replace my sony ericsson, when it was delievered, which was very fast delievery, holding it seemed very plasticy. I turned it on and the welcome message blaired out at me and as I was looking through the phone there was no way i could keep photos or hold my sim contacts as the bluetooth wasnt working properly. I also had no help from the instructions as they come in disc form, but the disc wasnt working. Looking through the phone it looked very cheap and naff and I was very dissappointed. I did send it back and they gave me very good customer service which I was pleased with and although they said 15% of the discount I got full money back and I had deleted some of the original files off the phone.
I would not recommend you to get this phone if you havent seen it before you buy it. Very good customer service but the phone is cheap.
Customer Rating: Summary: crap phone Comment: the thing about this phone that seemed good was the touch screen pen but overall i think it is realy bad.it keeps breaking and i have had it for just a month.it has been in for repaires 6 times now
