Customer Rating: Summary: Complete Rubbish Comment: We bought these from a high street shop, and unfortunately lost the receipt. The phones looked and felt cheap (which we didn't really mind), but the quality turned out to be dire on all fronts. The battery life talktime was about 30 mins when we got it but after a week was about 1 min (we did follow the instructions on charging the batteries etc). The LCD readouts on the screens started losing bits so you could hardly read them, and the line quality was so poor you could often not carry out a conversation even though you were standing right next to the base unit (and yes we do have a broadband filter on the line). We could not believe how bad these phones were, and would recommend steering well clear of this brand if you want a phone that works.
Customer Rating: Summary: good cheap cordless Comment: not had any problems with my 3100, and for £30 its a great second phone for me. shame about the poor ringtones though
Customer Rating: Summary: Poor line quality Comment: We line quality keeps flipping between ok one minute, to very poor interference the next minute. We've tried moving the base unit all over the house, the interference still occurs even when we are next to the base unit. There don't appear to be any options or settings available to try different frequencies, apparently the DECT is supposed to be crystal clear quality, but not on this phone!
The interference takes the form of hissing in the background, it is very difficult to carry on a conversation.
Its quite a cheap for 2 phone's (we paid £30) and I would recommend buying something more expensive. It seems you get what you pay for.
