Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent when you know how! Comment: This is a lovely little addition to the Ben 10 range. When you collect Ben 10 figures you get free viewer discs and this watch enables you to view them. The key is that there is a clear plastic section on the watch face and to view the aliens you need to ensure this section is pointing at a strong light source. If you don't do this you won't be able to see anything.
Don't be fooled into thinking this is a cheaper version of the 'Ominatrix' there aren't any lights etc but it does say exactly what it does on the packaging. Personally though I like this more as it encourages imagination whilst being a bargain!
My 5 year old son and his friends all love this toy...so if you're considering one..buy I say!
Customer Rating: Summary: great fun Comment: this toy is very good it comes with two slider discs and you can get more with the toys and it has a removeabile strap if its too small it fits me on the last hole it fits 5 discs(and you can see the discs in the watch unlsss you have it up side down or something stupid like that)
Customer Rating: Summary: Not As Good As It Looks!! Comment: This is a very deceptive toy - I bought it thinking it would be a smaller version of the Omnitrix when in fact it is nothing like it - No sounds and no light, It doesn't actually do anything!!
As stated in the previous comment - If you look into the viewer you cannot even see the aliens on the changeable discs as there is no back light!
My son has the deluxe Omnitrix and his little sister wanted one, so I thought I'd opt for this cheaper version as she's only young. But she was most disappointed when I gave her this Alien Viewer and she realised that it does nothing at all - She won't even pick it up now!!
Granted, It does look the part, but it really isn't a patch on the proper Omnitrix!
Customer Rating: Summary: Ben 10 Comment: My son loved this watch, best thing he had for Christmas but personally I feel differently, ok you have discs that you slide in to see scenes of Ben but how do you see them? if you put your eye to the eye hole you effectivly block the light entering the watch to see the scenes. My son loved it tho so make of this review what you eill :-)
