Instead, it catches a weak signal. The Edimax Wireless utility is not the most intuitive one and I am not sure about its quality. I have a MIMO router and a laptop with an internal mini-PCI card reports an excellent signal in the same spot. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Wireless Reception!! Comment: this wireless card is great, really easy to install just pop it in your computer and install the cd that comes with it! the card works with both xp and vista as i bought 2 an installed one with xp and one with vista the wireless card connected no problem to my new bt home hub 2.0, the computer discovered the hub, i entered my network key an was up and running within a few mins. This card supports the new wireless n technology meaning you get greater coverage and increased speed i get full signal strength and 130mbps speed with my new home hub overall a great product at a reasonable price!
