Customer Rating: Summary: Best Telly EVER! Comment: It took me about a month to decide which telly to go for. If you're looking for a cheaper set I'd recommend the LG it's got a good picture for the price. But if you want superior quality then it's got to be a BRAVIA. It just stands out way above the rest. The rich colour is what I love and the fact that unlike a lot of other lcd tv's it doesn't pixellate. In FULL HD it really shows what it's made for. I have mine synched up to the sony stand and together they're amazing for a small flat. The 52" is huge though and it took a while to get used to, go for a 42" for a small room, it's still huge. Amazon packaged the set lovely and I got it very quickly. When I purchased this for £1800 it was selling for £2300 in currys so goes to show what a bargain it was. There's a newer model out but if you want a bravia and don't want to take out a second mortgage go for this one, you're friends will be so jealous!
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent buy Comment: I am no techno geek but being a customer, I would say, this TV surpasses all expectations, so far so good, its been 3 months of heavenly viewing, I combined it with Sky HD plus and Samsung 7.1 Channel blu ray home theatre system, It has changed the way I watch TV now. Well, only problem is weekends being so busy with friends and family clamouring around and bring their own DVDs, but what the heck, It is all worth it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Dissapointing motion handling Comment: Even though there are many strong points with this TV, motion handling is truly disappointing in a kit at this level.
Especially faces in dark backgrounds leave a nasty smear which is utterly painful to look at.
If you are tolerant for such a shortcoming, you can be truly happy with this TV, for that any other point than motion handling I would give this TV 5, but overall I don't believe it deserves such high appraisals given by previous reviewers.
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent!!! Comment: The Sony brand speaks for itself. The picture quality is amazing, the sound is excellent its a must get HD TV for all you playstation/Xbox fans and those who just want to enjoy watching the movies, whiles the W4000 series has just been released i still recommend the W3000 series as its got all the amazing features...If you're not fussy about the prize this is the TV to buy....
Customer Rating: Summary: Class Kit Comment: awsome piece of kit. picture excellent even without HD. easy set up and all componants easy to use. sound excellent thro external amp and connected by HDMI cable to enhanse quality
only prob is that we had to upgrade DVD recorder due to reduced quality! now have Sony DVD recorder an the systems work perfectly together.

This week Ian and Nate asked that most ancient of all questions: is it possible to 'clean up' the Internet and should we even try? It's a debate that's been sparked off by the decision that the author of 'Girls (scream) Aloud' didn't break obscenity laws with his close-to-the-bone work of fiction. With Nate a fan of Cannibal Corpse, it's not hard to guess what his opinion on censorship is -- but is there a solution for everyone else?
There was also the usual look at the week's news and events, we discussed the new universal phone-charger agreement, Twitter trademarking 'tweet' and the Palm Pre's imminent arrival in the UK.

Intended for use by fitness fanatics, the Aero Sport Headphones offer a secure fit and sleek, sweatproof design. They're also extremely easy to clean. Sound quality isn't their forte, so they're not the best headphones for day-to-day use, but they're a decent option for gym goers nonetheless

During the day, we're mild-mannered tech bloggers, wearing glasses and looking moody in our vast, yet innocuous, Crave penthouse. But at night, we fight crime. We take on the persona of a creature of the night, black, terrible, shadowy -- we become the Ghost Pigeon.
To protect our loved ones, we have to keep our secret identity super-duper seekrit. That means hiding our calls and texts to the police commissioner, especially when we send him MMS messages with videos of us collaring a miscreant.
Luckily, just for people like us there's Ghost Pigeon software, a secret-phone-within-a-phone, which will hide your texts, MMS messages and calls.
Ghost Pigeon is invisible on the phone -- there's no icon in the menu. Instead, you launch the application by typing in a password. We installed Ghost Pigeon on our Nokia N95 8GB, and although it's visible in the list of installed apps, its name is well disguised.
