Customer Rating: Summary: idect X2i Comment: I received this phone by courier, and had to returnit within 2 days as it had packed in altogether. It didn't seem to charge. Place has let me return it, I'm hoping for a refund.
Customer Rating: Summary: Had to replace after a week and then gave up! Comment: This phone looks great and is, obviously, cheap. However the first one we had went wrong within a matter of days and was replaced. Within 2 weeks the second phone went wrong. The green button used to start a call and recieve calls simply doesn't work - meaning we have to use the loudspeaker to make any calls.
Have given up and asked for a refund. My advice - find another phone.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good present for someone you don't like Comment: The buttons on the handset are hard to press because they are not raised, but cut into the plastic and they are in the same level as the cover. You actually have to press them 'into the cover' to dial. The sound is not very good; ring tones are a bit pre-historic (not even polyphonic which I would expect from a modern looking phone). The back battery cover was coming off during use, and it was actually uncomfortable to use the square handset for a longer conversation because it was hurting my ears, probably because of pressing hard to be able to hear the sound which was not of very good quality. The phone display didn't seem to be attached properly inside the handset I could actually see a border of backlight around the display, which looked cheep. I bough it for £29 and had to return it in couple of weeks.
