Customer Rating: Summary: exellant Acer Comment: I am totally amazed at this laptop. As soon as I pressed the start up button it only took approx.60 secs to ready itself to load up the homepage..It is very fast in loading pages even in Internet Explorer,it is even faster with FireFox.There are a few items of software loaded in the system if you want them but they are easy to uninstall if you do not want them. There is a finger print recognition strip on the touch pad.I found this very confusing at first ,but you have to read through the walk through to try to under stand it.I found that it would take several attempts to open the settings page and then found it could not delete my initial set up to open the settings page and it still would not recognize my fingerprint on several attemps. You have to make sure that your finger is square on the bar to set the settings. My advise is not to set it up until you have completly read and understood the instructions, other than that this laptop is the best that I have come across,it plays games that other laptops struggle with.Iloaded up Tombraider Anniversary and had know trouble at all in playing it.The graphics are really really good.It has dolby home theatre surround sound and the output is incredible. There is Acer arcade which is operated from the touch panel on the side of the key board. This is where you can operate your music, pictures and videos, rather like windows media centre, but much better. All in all this is agreat machine and it has that WOW factor..
