Customer Rating: Summary: Very disappointed Comment: I found this camera to take poor quality photos. The photos were very dark and when taken with the flash far to bright- sometimes the flash would not work at all. After taking a photo the camera freezes up for 5+ seconds which is very frustrating. The camera is generally difficult to use. I do realise that the price is very low so I was not expecting anything spectacular, but this camera was terrible and needless to say I sent it back for a refund.
Customer Rating: Summary: Caution test waterproof case first Comment: Fantastic little camera, Easy to use waterproof controls. I strongly recommend you test the case without the camera installed. I did not and the faulty seal ruined my brand new camera!! And this was on the surface before I dived!! HATS OFF to Amazon a replacement is on its way, Thank you.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great little camera for the money Comment: Bought this specifically to take in the sea on holiday, took some great pictures, works great in or out of the water, however if you use the flash, it reflects somewhat on the waterproof case, if it is fitted. In the bright Greek sunshine though, the flash wasn't needed, and the underwater pics came out very well. Haven't used the video mode, but I only really bought it for underwater still pics. Highly recommended, I bought it from ecom cameras for a little over £50 including express delivery, and I think it is excellent value for money.
Customer Rating: Summary: great price for the quality Comment: i bought this purely for the waterproof case included because i like swimming and it will be great for the summer.
for 5 megapixels (used to 7-12 megapixels with my 2 finepix cams) this gives great quality images. the video quality is also good. the camera itself is small, and very very light.
the reason for the four stars is that it isn't useable in low lighting; the images are dark and blurry.
i can't fault it otherwise and for the price, anyone who wants a cheap and cheerful camera should get one, especially as it comes with the waterproof case (feels strong and could easily take a battering).
