At the heart of the system is the first-ever multipurpose, modular exercise platform of its kind that functions as a docking point for the BOSU® Balance Trainer and other numerous fitness tools. It has convenient attachment points for resistance tubing as well as an adjustable balance bar for additional support, stretching and floor exercises.
