Customer Rating: Summary: Great Unit Comment: Had ongoing problems with a weak signal on a spliiter. Tried several other boxes.
All the channels except one improved dramatically with this unit.
Highly recommended.
Customer Rating: Summary: Worked as promised Comment: Excellent product. Before installing the booster, I had "snow" on several channels. After installing the booster, every channel comes in clear.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great investment Comment: I recently moved to a new location and subscribed to Digital Cable service. The living room has a single cable jack on the opposite end of the room from where I wanted to install the tv. I had to use a 30' cable to reach the television location. Normal channels worked fine, however, I was unable to access the higher music channels. As soon as I installed the cable booster all channels worked fine. Well worth the investment.
Customer Rating: Summary: does what it says. Comment: Does exactly what it says. Boosts the signal fine. Will not work if you already have an amplifier. The two cancel each other out. I needed my signal boosted but also split. I won't be using it here. Perhaps I will give it to someone else.
Customer Rating: Summary: I experienced a signal loss with this "booster" Comment: I live in Roswell, GA, and wanted to use this booster to increase my signal coming from an "Antennas Direct DB4 Multi Directional HDTV Antenna" mounted in my attic. I currently have 1 run from the antenna in to a single television (no splitters, unnecessary connections, etc), and receive all channels available in my area (some with less than 50% signal strength). I added this signal booster, and signal strength from my strongest channel (WSB channel 2) went from a max of 98% w/o the booster to a max of 48% with the booster. Needless to say, I was hoping for the opposite results. I am processing an RMA, and hope that my refund will be credited shortly. I'll still be out the cost of shipping.

When using your TV or computer, there's nothing more frustrating than encountering poor reception. Now there's a fast and effortless way to make your signal strength up to 32 times more powerful! The Motorola Signal Booster enhances analog and digital picture quality, improves cable modem communication, and reduces lost data. It's easy to install and tools are not required. This device also allows you to optimize multiple broadband devices in your home - televisions, cable set-top boxes, cable modems, VCRs, and digital radios - all from one convenient cable. Clearly, the Motorola Signal Booster is a strong alternative to weak signal quality.
