Customer Rating: Summary: Great single serving product Comment: Wow this thing works amazing, I only used it once and I will never use it again, there is nothing bad to say about it. I'm going to pass it around to all my friends with PS2s that have backwards compatable PS3s and maybe even return it to the store when I'm done. I didn't get it from Amazon and I wouldn't, cuz really it's easier to take it back to the mall...
Ask a friend and borrow theres, really don't buy this Great single serving product...yes it works perfect for about 1 min, thats the time it takes to unpackage it, run and get your old 8mg card plug it in and copy your saves, no joke 1 full minute, I timed it.............o_O
It's a very well made product.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great for transferring PS1 and PS2 saves! Comment: I purchased this at Target but I wanted to write a review and mention how easy this memory card adapter was in transferring my old saves. I have the PS3 80GB that has backward compatibility with PS1 and PS2 games so I wanted to condense it all into one system. The memory card adapter is easy to use and creating an internal memory card is easy. I had no problems, just plug in with your USB charger for your controller and you're set!
Customer Rating: Summary: ps2 memory card reader Comment: worked great to download my ps2 games from my memorycards, but don't have the patch to play the games on my ps3
Customer Rating: Summary: Did what I needed it for Comment: I transferred all of my PS2 games to PS3 virtual cards. No problems with the actual transfer, but I did have a 64MB card that it would not recognize. I had to reconnect my PS2, move the saves from the 64MB to an 8MB, and then move them to the PS3. Took a few times to get them moved.
May just be a one time use item, but is the only choice if you want your PS2 games. I know other people with a PS2, so I may be able to share some of the cost.
Customer Rating: Summary: Only used it once Comment: It works fine and does what it is supposed to do, but I've only used it once. Find a friend that has it and borrow it.
