Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome....and you can play surround sound out of your t.v. Comment: Just picked this surround sound up on Saturday. Let me tell you for the price point it is the best surround sound you can get. I was a little receptive about buying a surround sound with a passive subwoofer but man can the thing boom my fairly large living room. The DVD player upconverts to 1080p which is really nice. Contrary to what other reviewers have said you can have surround sound through your t.v. I have a Directv HR20 HD DVR, a sony blu ray player and the sony receiver that comes with this system all hooked through HDMI cables to the t.v. with my audio out from my t.v. (Phillips 47" 1080p HDTV) to the receiver and I have crystal clear surround sound through all of the components!
Customer Rating: Summary: Sony Home Theater Comment: The system had a great sound but the remote control would not work with my TV. So I sent it back with no problems. TIM
Customer Rating: Summary: very very good Comment: very good product is very good sound is a very good option, if we sound quality and the price is the best option
Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect! Comment: A very nice System for a very nice price. I am extremely pleased with it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very good Comment: I think that this is a very good home theater system at a great price. I tried to buy one of these at Best Buy but they were priced at full retail price (299.99) but I got it much cheaper at Amazon. You also get very good reliability since this is a Sony of course, and the features are also great! I would definitely recommend this product.
