He calls it his workout and does it about twice a day...:) However, yesterday, he was punching the Venom side of it, and he hit it a little too hard. It shot back up and the plastic speaker/switch part of it hit him in the face and gave him a bloody nose. Ouch! They should cover that with something softer.
