Summary: durable & fun
Comment: This toy is a favorite for our kids. My children (ages 3 & 5) tend to be a bit rough on toys, but this one is extremely durable. Our only difficulty is that it is hard to open Rocket up- they have to ask me to do it for them.

Summary: 2 year old loves "Rocket!"
Comment: My 2 year old daughter saw this toy in the store.. and wanted it, she would NOT let it go! We bought it for her.. and she loves playing with it in the bathtub! It is her "Rocket" that gets to take a bath with her. She loves putting Leo inside Rocket although the one we have is tough to get open (she cant open it by herself, and even for me its a little tough!) - nevertheless, she loves this toy.

I do recommend this toy. I mean.. its Rocket!

Summary: Solid tub time companion
Comment: My son is, like many his age (3) a Little Einsteins fanatic. This is one of his favorite tub toys as he gets to splash and crash his "bath time Rocket" at will. A few observations:
1. Doesn't come with the other 3 Little Einsteins. Please don't think your toddler will overlook this. Be prepared with explanations. "Quincy, June and Annie are on another mission" will work exactly one time. :-)
2. Leo and the turtle will fit inside the storage compartment of the sub.
3. The toy has proven to be fairly durable thought the paint on the underside scratches easily.

Overall a good tub time toy.

Summary: Meh...I don't get the rave reviews
Comment: I got this for my 22 month old but it really frustrates him. He can open it fine. However, it tends to fill with water and floats nose down. He tries to move it through the water like his other boats but then becomes upset because it won't stay horizontal. I had hoped that as he moved it around the propellor would spin, but it's too tight. Unless he turns it himself, it doesn't budge. Even at 10.99 I find it overpriced.

Summary: Great for in the tub and out, but it will sink as the compartment fills with water.
Comment: This toy is great. My 14 month old daughter LOVES the little einsteins and bathtime. We have a few pre-reader books, a stuffed June, and the Pat Pat Rocket. This is probably the one she plays with most because the rocket is a good size for her to carry around. She really doesn't do much with the turtle, but it is super nice that the parts store inside. The only downside I see is that the rocket takes on water into his underbelly compartment, and so I am constantly emptying him during bathtime so that he isn't stuck at the bottom of the tub (although he is a submarine, so I get that!) the other downside is that if she throws it OUT of the tub while it's full of water, I get about 2 cups of water on the floor or bathroom rug. That said, she frequently drags him out of the bathroom to play with him all over the house. She adores it. It is MUCH cheaper at Target, where my husband found it.

Editorial Reviews:

Rocket as a submarine, comes with a Leo figure that squirts water out of his snorkel gear. It also comes with a turtle scooper to play along with the Little Einsteins on a water adventure! Rocket can hinge open and everything stores inside to go on an underwater mission adventure and the perfect submarine for bath time adventures! Disney's Little Einsteins Rocket's Tub Adventure Play along in the tub with Rocket, Leo and a squirting turtle!! Rocket opens up to store Leo and the turtle! Great Tub Toy! Rocket stores Leo and Turtle!
