Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent phones Comment: I purchased 3 satellite phones with the main Uniden system and everything works really well. We are pleased with the overall design and operation of the phones. If you need several satellite phones, this is a great system.
Customer Rating: Summary: Uniden extra handset review Comment: This handset works great. We really needed another good cordless phone and thought we'd try this and we were so glad we did. I might even order another one this one is so good.
Customer Rating: Summary: I couldn't get it to show a complete charge initially Comment: I bought the Uniden 2085-3 system and this handset as an add-on. The system with 3 sets charged up completely in the 15 hours required. This extra handset would not show more than 1/3 of a charge in 20+ hours. I requested a new handset from Amazon. The new one came in a timely manner. I noticed that the new box had a broken seal and I suspected trouble but I held out hope that it would charge ok. I charged the new one for 20 hours and had the same trouble. I returned both of them but I am enjoying my new phone system minus the extra handset.
Customer Rating: Summary: Disappointed Comment: After I received the Uniden handset and charging cradle, I charged the handset for the number of hours stated in the manual. After it was fully charged, I set the handset on the main base unit to sink with my master system. This worked fine, but after a couple of days the handset began loosing its charge. When I placed it on the charging cradle, it would not charge and finally cut off completely. All lights went out on the handset. Either the charging cradle went out or the battery died. I'm not sure exactly which one was the culprit, but I returned the product and will not buy another.
Customer Rating: Summary: Uniden DCX200 and DCT 2060 Base Unit Comment: Purchased this unit to replace cheap GE 5.8 GHz model that had short range and low sound quality. Handset and base works well. Using it with VOIP service. Sound quality is great on receiving end. Range is throughout two-story home without any loss in signal and sound quality. Works well with VOIP. Battery life is good. Looking to purchase addtional accessory handsets for unit.
