Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: TomTom review Comment: This is the second TomTom ONE XL I have purchased. Before the S model came out I bought the original and loved it. It replaced a Garmin I had a lot of problems with. I bought the TomTom ONE XL-S for my dad for Christmas and he loves it. The maps load quickly and get him where he needs to be everytime. I recommend this product. The bluetooth feature is great as well. Customer Rating: Summary: Buy Garmin Comment: The voice stopped working a year after I bought the device. When I called for service, I was informed that my warranty expired 2 weeks ago and since they don't repair their devices, my only option is to buy a new one. I find it highly sketchy my only option is to buy a new device one year after I bought this one. I offered to pay for repairs but they don't do that; they only replace. Since I have to buy a new device, I think I'll try Garmin this time. Customer Rating: Summary: Tom Tom xls Comment: Great GPS. It is wonderful in navigation less stress than following a map. The speaking makes it very easy in following the directions. Highly recomend it!! Not quite as good as my $1900 Honda Odyssey (includes rear camera) but very close. I returned a Navigon 2100Max because of poor POIs and I have ordered a second One XL-S (refurb). That speaks volumes, I looked at Garmin but to get a Garmin widescreen and text to speech was not worth the extra $$. I really like TomTom's features and function. The only cons are some retailers missing from the POI database though admittedly I have never updated anything on the unit. Customer Rating: Summary: Saves the day! Comment: This is the greatest!
