Summary: Works with Cox
Comment: I purchased this modem to replace a 2 year old motorola surfboard which was apparently failing. Setup was a snap and pages load much faster than with the motorola modem. The hardest part of the setup was getting a Cox tech support rep on the phone.

Summary: Not Compatible With Comcast in Atlanta
Comment: I purchased this modem about 2 months ago and it mysteriously stopped working about a week ago. I come to find out from Comcast that they did some technology upgrades to their lines which made this modem not compatible with their high-speed internet service in the Atlanta region. Not sure if these upgrades affect other markets but you will run into the same issue. Despite the incompatibility with Comcast now, this product is solid (as are most products that Cisco/Linksys comes out with).

Summary: Solid Modem
Comment: This modem has been running like a champ for close to a month now with no problems at all. It is a nice piece of equipment that I don't have to think about, it simply works. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

Summary: Great modem
Comment: Had a lot of drops with old Motorola modem, this one has yet to drop and have used for over 2 months. Wish I had purchased a long time ago. Live and learn.

Comment: I've had this product up and running on my home Network for about a month now non-stop and it hasn't failed yet. Seems like a fine product.
