Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Nice looking phone but generic ring tones and screen savers! Comment: We were very unhappy with this phone. Though the sound was good and we did not get any interference, we did not like the ring tones and felt that the screen savers were generic. For the price - we thought we would have better choices for this. We ended up sending these phones back and purchased phones from Uniden for half the cost. The Uniden phones have better ring tones but no screen saver. I gave it two stars since the sound quality was really good. Customer Rating: Summary: It's just OK Comment: I can't speak to the quality of the product but the screen looks outdated when its all set up. From the pictures on the websites I looked at, the screen looked like it had high-tech images but really, it doesn't. I was a little embarassed because I bought this as a gift. I suggest you go to the store and look at it before buying. Customer Rating: Summary: A good extra handset Comment: I bought this as a third handset for the KX-TG820 which came with one extra handset. The set up and registration for the main unit was very easy without any problems. I recommend DECT 6.0 phone to everyone, the quality is superb. Customer Rating: Summary: Downgrading my previous review Comment: In general, this is a pretty wonderful phone - it is good looking, nice smooth case, great graphics, easy phone book, but it fails in a crucial way: The range for the additional handset is horrible. Just two rooms away and it goes from good, to cutting out, to cutting off. This is about 50% of the time, making it very unreliable for my office. My only other negative comment is that it is so flat and slim that it is impossible to hold it in the crook of your shoulder unless you are a contortionist. Almost perfect, but if you want additional handsets, this is not the phone for you.
