Customer Rating: Summary: Golflogix V.S. Sureshot Comment: Recentely purchased this unit foir my wife and I am impressed. As simple to use as is possible. Turn it on and turn it off. The GPS unit does the rest. Hazards, front, back and center of the green are calculated automatically. Simple to load and the courses (with hazards) are there unlike my Sureshot model. I own several other Garmin products and thought if they do as good a job on the golf GPS as they do on the marine and road units it would be good. I am not dissappointed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Best yet Comment: Purchased the Golflogix after having 2 other GPS's, and it is superior to the others. Easy downloads, very quick aquisition of courses, and very accurate. Two problems that are overcome by other good features. Distances to hazards[bunkers] and water near greens is non-existent, and only ten downloads of courses is allowed.
Customer Rating: Summary: GolfLogix 2007 Model Comment: I received my GolfLogix via FREE shipping in 4 days. It works fine, as advertised, and the database of courses includes every one I have looked for. I think the '07 model is a good deal with a saving of $100 over the '08 model. The only difference is storing 10 courses instead of 20 (do you ever play more than 10 courses before going back home?) and not having the last shot distance capability. Not worth another $100 to me. I am very pleased with the purchase.
Customer Rating: Summary: GREAT PRODUCT Comment: Works great, Easy to read. GIves me so much more confidence on every shot. Is extremely accurate.
Customer Rating: Summary: just try me Comment: stop looking for yardage markers you have all you need now
you can down load 10 courses at once. every course i want to play is listed.others you have to e mail and they will map for you this is not the case i cant imagine golf without it

Knowing accurate distances on the course will increase your shot confidence, enhance your golfing experience and actually lower your scores. Manufactured by Garmin, the world leader in GPS technology, GolfLogix is the most precise, durable, and user-friendly golf GPS on the market. Key distances are displayed automatically in big bold numbers on a compact, palm-sized device. The screen advances automatically to all of the targets on the golf course so there are no buttons to push or lasers to point during your round. Just check the distance, choose your club, and enjoy the game of golf. It couldnt be easier
